Authority Magazine
How to Take a Company from Good to Great

Authority Magazine’s Jerome Knyszewski and Dawn F. Landry recently visited about the characteristics needed to “Take a Company from Good to Great.”

He was thorough in his questions; my responses to this thought-provoking topic are found in the following article here.

Excerpt — “The strongest advice that I can impress upon you is not to dismiss your most gifted and successful business development and marketing talent and their proven programs over underperforming operations personnel. It’s times like these in which you need to invest in your organization, its brand awareness, and your efforts to rally around your best and most loyal clients, as well as possibly pursue new clients and adapt to new markets.  You can’t do that without seasoned business development and marketing advisors.”

Thrive Global
Consistently Investing in Your Business

Thrive Global invites voices from many spheres to share their perspectives on their Community platform.

Jerome Knyszewski, CEO of HeavyShift, and Dawn F. Landry discussed business strategy and growth, especially in times of uncertainty. Click here for access to the article.

Excerpt — “If you examine the leading organizations which have the most longevity and overall sustainability with their clients, you will note that they all have one thing in common.

They are continually seeking opportunities to transform their businesses to ever-shifting market patterns. They also know how to proactively anticipate a client’s needs, and often become problem finders in addition to being problem solvers.

Those true innovators devote time, energy, and effort to their advancement, even during the darkest of days. Consistently investing in your business, even during the challenging times of this past year when monies are tight, and the outlook seems bleak reaps those most in long time organizational sustainability.”

HCSS Partnership 2020
Achieving the Ultimate User Experience, Utilizing Technology as a Differentiator, & Following the Breadcrumbs

Learning new ideas and methods for improving your client experience to give you a competitive edge. Continuing the alliance partnership that Authentizity began with HCSS in early 2019, Dawn F. Landry spoke in four breakout sessions over HCSS’ annual two week national software conference the weeks of January 13th and 27th, 2020. This year’s event brought over 1,400 of HCSS’s end user clients from throughout the nation to the Marriott Marquis Houston.

Tom Webb, Vice President of Strategy/ Research & Development — “We had Dawn design a workshop for a number of our customers who were unfamiliar with business development. Dawn was exceptional! She designed a program, executed it, and followed up with all of the attendees. Really represented us well! I highly recommend her services.”
